I Built This Practice Because

Over the course of 20 years in OB/GYN and women's health, I performed over 12,000 deliveries — placing me in the top 5% of physicians nationally by clinical volume. I have seen more than 175,000 patients. And in that time, I watched the same story repeat itself, over and over.
A woman in her 40s comes in exhausted, foggy, gaining weight, losing herself. She has been to three doctors. She has been told her labs are "normal." She has been offered antidepressants. She has been dismissed.

A lab result that falls within the standard reference range does not mean you are thriving. Optimal hormone levels are individual, not statistical. We treat the patient, not the reference range.
Insurance Dictates Mediocre Care
When a physician has 7 minutes per patient and a billing code to justify every decision, the patient loses. We do not accept insurance because insurance does not pay for excellence.
Bioidentical Is Not a Trend
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy has decades of clinical evidence. The fear around HRT is based on a misread study from 2002. We practice evidence-based medicine, not fear-based medicine.

This is a fully telehealth practice delivering elite, single-physician care via secure video — in your home, on your schedule, without a waiting room. Every appointment is with Dr. Gorden directly. Every protocol is written by Dr. Gorden. Every medical decision is made by Dr. Gorden.
Lab work is ordered through Quest Diagnostics via a certified mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home or office — no waiting rooms, no check-in kiosks. Medications are dispensed through Empower Pharmacy and shipped directly to you at cost.
Between appointments, patients have access to asynchronous messaging through the patient portal. Day-to-day coaching questions are supported by an expert women's health coach. All clinical and medical questions are reviewed and answered by Dr. Gorden personally. You will never receive an AI-generated response.
